“Called ERLS for a quote as I did many other companies he was the only one who didn’t charge a call out fee. I didn’t have much money but needed to be in my home. They accepted a cheque and said they would cash it in when I had been paid 3 days later. None of the other company’s would let me do that. He really helped me in a time of need.”

“Call Gareth out from ERLS, early hours of the morning after losing my keys on a night out. It took 20 minutes for him to arrive at my address and was in my hours after 15 minutes. It didn’t cost me a bomb and i got new locks with new keys so i was safe to know that if some bad person had found my keys they couldn’t get into my house. Thank you soo much for your help. Would recommend ERLS to anyone.”

“I was locked out my house at 2 am this morning when I finished work. ERLS attended within half an hour and got me into my house were my spare key was. Great service thanks again”

“I called East Riding Lock & Security when I had lost my last pair of house keys and was locked out my house with my children. Gareth came out straight away despite it being 6pm on a Sunday evening. They arrived in a timely fashion and picked our locks and gained entry to our home. Whilst there they offered to replace my locks as mine were slightly damaged and old, so they replaced them there and there with no mess or bother. Couldnt have been happier. Would highly recommend”

“I Would like to begin by thanking ERLS for his speedy arrival and excellent customer service. I had recently moved into a new property and during one afternoon whilst our house was unoccupied, someone had broken into our garage and also attempted to gain entry to our house by tampering with the locks on both the front and back doors. This caused my partner great distress as she is usually at home during the day with our two young children. Not only did Gareth repair and secure our garage door, but they also replaced both our door locks to the house with more secure and durable locks from the selection of locks they brought with them. Cannot recommend East Riding Lock & Security enough, great service and great value for money.”
